Scubadiving around the world

If anyone has recommendations for Australia; i'm planning to go there for 6 months in January. I would like to do my Rescue Diver and Dive Master (if possible). I prefer a laidback, small, not too commercial diveschool. And ofcourse suggestions for great divesites!
